Paroy is a privately owned fuel company with its own tank truck fleet and a wide network of stations. We are locally anchored but operate nationwide, distributing over 240 million liters of fuel, heating oil, and AdBlue annually through our own tank truck fleet, our stations, and partners.

Proximity to the customer is central to us, and today we have seven offices – from Karlstad in the north to Ystad in the south.

What does the role offer?

As a salesperson at Paroy, you will have overall responsibility for the sales process – from the first contact to closing and further customer development. A large part of the job consists of actively identifying new business opportunities, booking meetings, and driving dialogues with both new and existing customers.

You will work proactively and continuously build your own customer base through new business development while developing long-term relationships with existing customers. Through regular contact, follow-up, and a good understanding of customers' operations, you contribute to strengthening collaborations over time.

The role also involves being a visible representative of Paroy in the region – networking, building relationships in the local business community, and contributing to strengthening our market position through personal presence and a high level of service.

Who are you?

For our office in Anderstorp, we are looking for someone with several years of documented sales experience, preferably within related industries such as transport, fuel, energy, or lubricants. Experience in active new customer acquisition is an advantage. You will be responsible for sales primarily in the GGVV region.

You have an easy time communicating with different types of customers and quickly build trust. Your work style is characterized by persistence, structure, and a strong sense of responsibility. You enjoy working long-term with relationships and have a genuine interest in business and the local economy.

A driving license (B) is required.
